BOILER FOR CONTINUOUSLY INCINERATING RDF OR RPF FROM WASTE RECYCLING PROCESS AND USING HOT WATER OR HEAT FOR VINYL HOUSE

PURPOSE: A continuous incinerating boiler using RDF(refuse derived fuel) as solid fuel is provided to reduce discharge of harmful material among exhaust gas by burning gas completely with vortex of the second combustion chamber and supplying air to the combustion chamber sufficiently. CONSTITUTION: A continuous incinerating boil includes a raw material input hopper(18) and a transfer screw having a horizontal RDF supply screw(19) and a vertical RDF supply screw(20). RDF is supplied continuously by the transfer screw and the raw material input hopper, and high temperature air is supplied to the inner periphery of a middle air shutoff cylinder(3) between a first combustion chamber cylinder(5) and a second upper combustion chamber cylinder(4) by a blower(14) to form the vortex. Air is supplied continuously to the solid fuel by a combustion air supply unit, and incomplete combustion gas is moved up along the inner periphery of the first combustion chamber cylinder. Air is incinerated completely at 1100 to 1300 deg.C by receiving air between the first combustion chamber cylinder and the second upper combustion chamber cylinder.
