CONSTITUTION: The remote control system for a sluice gate of a seawall comprises: a site control unit(100) which contains monitoring cameras(110) monitoring the image for the surfaces of the inland sea and the open sea, speakers(130) receiving and amplifying phonetic signals from a control room or a remote control room, water gate operating devices(140) transmitting the information of the response on operational orders, operating state of a water gate and water level and generating power to open and shut a water gate, and site control devices(150) getting the opening and shutting states and malfunctioning state of a sluice gate, then transmitting to a consolidated control device(220), receiving the operational orders of a sluice gate, sending out the code signals and data to a data decoding device(210) and communicating a monitoring camera(110), a computer having fixed IP and a controller; a control unit(200) which contains a data decoding the data from a site control device(150) and having a remote control function, a consolidated control device(220) receiving image signals and code signals from the site control device(150), sending the data control signals for functions of up, down, stop and reset of a sluice gate to the site control device(150) and communicating between a computer having fixed IP and a controller in the site control unit(100) and the remote control unit(300), an image remote control device(230) connecting wire or wireless internet, controlling a remote control camera and managing system, and a monitoring device(250) displaying the image of a monitoring camera of a sluice gate; and a remote control unit(300) which contains a central management server(310) receiving the data processed in the control unit(200), displaying the received information, taking the operational orders for a sluice gate, then transmitting to the control unit, and an emergency call device(320) alarming an emergency to users using wire or wireless telephony in a job site.
