PURPOSE: To provide a device for resting top covers for coil cooling, wherein the device conducts resting operation of the top covers simply and prevents damage of coil due to flow of the top covers by stacking a plural top covers and sequentially resting the top covers once at a time on an inner diameter part of the coil from the lowermost top cover in the stacked top covers. CONSTITUTION: The device for resting top covers for coil cooling comprises a housing(10) in which a receiving groove(11) is secured, and to an upper surface of which a traction chain(12) is connected; a driving motor(20) which is installed at the center of the upper surface of the housing, and at a driving shaft of which a driving gear(22) is installed; rotary shafts(30) to an upper part of which driven gears(31) that are gear connected to the driving gear are connected, and which are rotatably installed on the inner surface of the housing; a bearing(51) inserted into a supporting plate(50) projectingly formed on an inner part of the housing while supporting the rotary shaft; and a plural cam plates(40) installed on the rotary shaft with being spaced apart from each other in an equal distance to selectively support the top covers(120).
