APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING INJECTION QUANTITY OF PULVERIZED COAL ACCORDING TO BLOWING TEMPERATURE IN BLAST FURNACE TO STABILIZE HEAT OF THE BLAST FURNACE

PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for controlling an injection quantity of pulverized coal according to blowing temperature in blast furnace, wherein an injection quantity of pulverized coal corresponding to change of the blowing temperature is automatically set and controlled if blowing temperature of hot stove is rapidly changed. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for controlling an injection quantity of pulverized coal according to temperature of air blown into blast furnace(6), the apparatus comprising a hot stove(2) installed in front of the blast furnace to blow the burnt mixed gas into the blast furnace by burning a mixture of blast furnace gas and coke oven gas, and a feed hopper(10) installed in front of the blast furnace to increase a quantity of pulverized coal injected into the blast furnace as pressure is being increased, the apparatus further comprises a temperature deviation judgement part(200) for operating a temperature deviation between detected blowing temperature values obtained by detecting blowing temperature of the mixed gas discharged from the hot stove and a blowing temperature set value arbitrarily set according to operation circumstances, and judging whether the temperature deviation is within an allowable deviation range or not; a pulverized coal injection quantity setting part(300) for converting the temperature deviation of the temperature deviation judgement part into a pulverized coal quantity corresponding to the temperature deviation if the temperature deviation is not within the allowable deviation range, and adding the converted pulverized coal quantity to a pulverized coal injection quantity arbitrarily set according to operation circumstances; and a pulverized coal injection quantity control part(500) for controlling pressure in the feed hopper so that pulverized coal as much as a pulverized coal set value of the pulverized coal injection quantity setting part is injected into the blast furnace.
