VAPORIZED FUEL REMOVAL DEVICE OF LPI ENGINE INJECTOR FOR QUICKLY REMOVING VAPORIZED FURL EXISTING IN INJECTOR IN RESTART

PURPOSE: A vaporized fuel removal device of an LPI(Liquefied Petroleum Injection) engine injector is provided to make injection of liquid fuel supplied from a fuel tank smoothly executed by quickly removing the vaporized fuel existing in the injector when an engine is restarted and to improve startability of the engine. CONSTITUTION: A vaporized fuel removal device of an LPI engine injector comprises a return pipe(3) connecting an injector(1) and a fuel tank(2); a needle cylinder(4) in which a closed space(4a) is formed by a partition(4b); a piston rod(5) in which a suction passage(5a) is formed; a connection pipe(6) connecting the closed space and a surge tank(7); and a solenoid valve(8) installed to the connection pipe. The needle cylinder is installed to the side of the return pipe. The piston rod shuts off a passage of the fuel tank side by moving to the outside of the needle cylinder by the magnetic force formed to a coil magnet(11) when an engine is started, and makes the injector communicate with the closed space, and returns to the original position by the restoring force of a spring(9). The solenoid valve is opened when the piston rod is returned to the original position and then is shut.
