MICRO ACTUATOR FOR CONTROLLING A DEPTH OF FOCUS, PARTICULARLY CONCERNED IN IMPROVING UNIFORMITY AMONG ELEMENTS, ENABLING MINIATURIZATION, LIGHTNESS, AND LOW POWER CONSUMPTION WHILE DRIVING IN BOTH WAYS
PURPOSE: A micro actuator for controlling a depth of focus is provided to realize miniaturization and lightness by inserting a laminated coil unit inside an insulating resin, and to enable a bidirectional driving function by changing the direction of a current applied to a laminated coil, then to improve uniformity among elements. CONSTITUTION: A focusing lens(120) forms a focal point to focus a laser beam. A lens moving device(110) is precisely driven in combination with the focusing lens(120). A laminated coil unit(130) covers the lens moving device(110) to generate an induction magnetic field in the lens moving device(110). A current control device(150) applies a current to the laminated coil unit(130). The laminated coil unit(130) comprises as follows. An insulating resin(134) covers a fixing unit(114). An assembling piercing hole(135) inserts the lens moving device(110), and couples the lens moving device(110) with the laminated coil unit(130). A laminated coil(131) covers the fixing unit(114) in solenoid shape. Two electrode pads(132,133) are formed to apply driving currents to the laminated coil(131).
