MICRO ACTUATOR FOR CONTROLLING A DEPTH OF FOCUS, SPECIALLY RELATED TO ENABLING A BIDIRECTIONAL DRIVING AT QUICK RESPONSE SPEED, IMPROVING UNIFORMITY AMONG ELEMENTS, AND ENABLING MASS PRODUCTION AT LOW COST
PURPOSE: A micro actuator for controlling a depth of focus is provided to control a depth of focus with an electromagnetic driving force by a permanent magnet and a coil, thereby enabling a miniaturization and a bidirectional driving by changing a current direction applied to the coil. CONSTITUTION: A focusing lens(120) forms a focal point to focus a laser beam. A lens moving device is precisely driven in optical proceeding path direction by being combined with the focusing lens(120). A fixing device covers the lens moving device. A current control device applies a current to a coil(114) of the lens moving device. The lens moving device comprises as follows. A moving unit(111) is installed inside a fixing unit piercing hole to move in the optical proceeding path direction. A piercing hole is pierced along an optical proceeding path in the middle of the moving unit(111). A lens bracket end easily assembles and arrays the focusing lens(120). An elastic body(113) fixes both ends of the fixing unit and the moving unit(111). The coil(114) is coupled with one end of the moving unit(111) to generate an induced magnetic field.
