METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FOAM RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT WITHOUT WELD MARK, SINK MARK OR BURST VAPOR

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a foam resin molded product is provided to prevent the generation of a sink mark using resin foaming, a weld mark by successfully transcript a mold, and to obtain a foamed resin molded product having excellent surface state by preventing the bursting of vapors on the surface. CONSTITUTION: Resin mixed with a supercritical liquid is injected to a cavity from an injector while the inner wall face of the cavity is heated at a temperature higher than the thermal deformation temperature of resin by flowing steam(S1,S2,S3). After a specific amount of resin is completely injected, cooling water is supplied to a passage to rapidly convert the state of the inner wall of the cavity from the heating state to the cooling state and to solidify the resin by cooling(S4,S5,S6,S7).
