POWER GENERATION DEVICE OF COOLING SYSTEM BY USING RECOVERY HEAT COMPRISES COMPRESSION ORBITING SCROLL AND EXPANSION ORBITING SCROLL HAVING COMPRESSION ORBITING WRAP AND EXPANSION ORBITING WRAP AT THE RATE OF 3:1 TO FORM INVOLUTE CURVE
PURPOSE: A power generation device of a cooling system by using recovery heat is provided to secure smooth and continuous intake-expansion-compression-discharge strokes, to reduce the change of torque, and to obtain high efficiency and high output. CONSTITUTION: A rotor(1) comprises an expansion orbiting scroll formed integrally at one side and composed of expansion orbiting wraps forming a few involute curves with starting from a center outside; a compression orbiting scroll(12) formed integrally on the other side and composed of compression orbiting wraps(12A) for forming a plurality of involute corves from the center toward the outer ring at regular intervals; and an intermediate passage(13) formed at the side of the outside of the expansion and compression orbiting scrolls to communicate with the expansion and compression orbiting scrolls. A front casing unit(2) is composed of an expansion fixed scroll(21) formed inside, composed of expansion fixed wraps(21A) forming the involute curve corresponding to the expansion orbiting wrap of the rotor, and combined with the expansion orbiting scroll to form an expansion chamber and an intake port disposed in the center of the expansion fixed wrap. A rear casing unit(3) joins with the front casing unit and comprises a compression fixed scroll(31) formed inside, composed of a compression fixed wrap(31A) for forming the involute curve corresponding to the compression orbiting wrap of the rotor, and combined with the compression orbiting scroll to form a compression chamber and a discharge port formed in the center of the compression fixed wrap. A driving unit(4) is connected with the rotor through the front casing unit to turn and drive the rotor without rotating the rotor.
