PURPOSE: A SQUID(Superconducting Quantum Interference Device) sensor emulator is provided to reduce the developing cost and improve performance of an FLL(Flux Locked Loop) circuit by developing an FLL circuit, measuring characteristics thereof, and performing an optimization process thereof without a SQUID sensor. CONSTITUTION: A SQUID sensor emulator is formed with a fine input waveform generator, a signal gain controller, and a feedback signal attenuator in order to play roles of a SQUID and a feedback coil. The SQUID sensor emulator is used for separating an FLL circuit from a SQUID sensor by selecting a normal mode and an emulator mode by a switch, and measuring characteristics of the FLL circuit such as a frequency band, a slew rate, a locking range, feedback delay, and an S/N ratio.
