PURPOSE: An internet access apparatus management system and a method thereof, and a data transmission method to an internet access apparatus are provided, which get authentication automatically using the internet access apparatus, and store data at E2PROM and transmits data to the internet access apparatus without leaving data in a computer. CONSTITUTION: A database(300) stores custom information as to an ID and a session key for the access to a web browser. An authentication management part receives the ID stored in the memory through a terminal(410), and judges whether it is a registered apparatus or not by inquiring to the database. And a session key management part generates the first session key when it is authenticated in the authentication management part and then transfers it to the database and the terminal, and judges whether the first session key is a right session key when the terminal accesses the web browser with the first session key, and requests a data providing server(500) to generate the second session key for the terminal to access the data providing server through the web browser.
