PURPOSE: A method for removing heavy metal pollution in fruit, vegetable, cereal, and herb is provided using a charcoal water, grass water, and reed root water. CONSTITUTION: Fruit, vegetable, cereal, and herb are immersed in a charcoal water completely, and sterilized in a sealed state with a ozone sterilizer or ultrasonic washer.
