PURPOSE: A patient transfer device is provided which is adjustable in height regardless of the height of a patient bed, which enables a caregiver of the patient to bathe the patient without having to moving the patient to a shower room, and which is foldable to be stored in a limited space, thereby performing the patient transfer safely and efficiently and increasing storage convenience. CONSTITUTION: The patient transfer device comprises: an upper frame(1); a plurality of boards(3a,3b) rotatably fixed on left and right sides of the frame(1); a plurality of lower frames(5) vertically fixed to the upper frame(1); a height adjusting unit for adjusting the overall height of the transfer device; and a folding adjusting unit configured to fold the transfer device for space-efficient storage when the transfer device is not used.
