PURPOSE: A system and a method for delivering goods needing installation sold by mail-order sales are provided to offer a buyer with a proper installation service by making a delivery plan for requesting an installation worker visit the buyer with the delivery goods in case that the goods ordered from the buyer needs the installation service. CONSTITUTION: An order receiving module(110) receives the orders from a customer system(200). An order processing module(120) processes the received order by including a judging tool for judging that the ordered goods need the installation and a delivery plan making tool making the delivery plan for the ordered goods needing the installation. A goods database(130) stores goods information data. An order database(140) stores order particulars information. A business schedule database(150) stores information for schedules of the installation workers.
