摘要

PURPOSE: A polypropylene-layered structure clay nanocomposite and its preparation method are provided, to improve the dispersibility of organic clay and the affinity of an organic clay with a polypropylene resin, thereby enhancing stiffness, impact resistance and heat resistance. CONSTITUTION: The polypropylene-layered structure clay nanocomposite comprises 0.1-40 wt% of an amino group modified polypropylene; 0.1-40 wt% of an organic layered structure clay; and 20-99 wt% of a polypropylene resin where the amino group modified polypropylene and the organic layered structure clay are dispersed. Preferably the content of the amino group in the amino group modified polypropylene is 0.01-10 wt% to polypropylene and the amino group modified polypropylene has a weight average molecular weight of 5,000-5,000,000. Preferably the organic layered structure clay is clay substituted with an organic onium ion, and the organic onium ion is an ammonium ion or a phosphonium ion.
