PURPOSE: A motor control method is provided to analyze characteristics of a control element on the basis of theory and experimental data and control the control element in a safe way in accordance with the result of the analysis. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a step(S10,S11) of creating an analytic model in accordance with the basic condition for operation, shape, and material of a motor in a control element drive mechanism, and obtaining result of a differential equation; a step(S12) of testing the control element drive mechanism, and obtaining the result of the test in accordance with driving conditions; and a step(S13) of comparing whether the result of the differential equation and the result of the test are matched, changing the analytic model in accordance with the result of the comparison, and repeating the steps(S10 to S12).
