MONOLITHIC INKJET PRINT HEAD WITH AUXILIARY HEATER FOR EMITTING HEAT GENERATED FROM MAIN HEATER BY INSTALLING AUXILIARY HEATER AND AUXILIARY ELECTRODE

PURPOSE: A monolithic inkjet print head with an auxiliary heater is provided to easily emit heat generated from a main heater by installing an auxiliary heater and an auxiliary electrode. CONSTITUTION: A monolithic inkjet print head with an auxiliary heater includes a substrate(110), a nozzle plate(120), a main electrode, and an auxiliary electrode(126). The substrate(110) has an ink chamber including ink, a manifold for supplying ink to the ink chamber, and an ink channel connecting the ink chamber to the manifold. The nozzle plate(120) includes a plurality of material layers stacked on the substrate(110). The nozzle plate(120) is formed by penetrating a nozzle. A main heater is provided in the inner part of the nozzle plate and is positioned at both sides of the nozzle in such a manner that the heater is positioned at the upper part of the ink chamber. The main electrode is connected to both end parts of the main heater.
