CUT METAL MOLD USED IN AN APPARATUS FOR CUTTING A PANEL SHEET OF AN LCD TO MAKE IT USELESS TO ASSEMBLE CONSTITUENTS OF THE CUT METAL MOLD AND A METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE CUT METAL MOLD

摘要

PURPOSE: A cut metal mold used in an apparatus for cutting a panel sheet of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) and a method for fabricating the cut metal mold are provided to make it useless to assemble constituents of the cut metal mold in order to performing cutting of the panel sheet by forming the cut metal mold in a monolithic structure. CONSTITUTION: A cutting blade(32) is formed to upwardly protrude from a flat base part(31), wherein the cutting blade has a shape corresponding to an outline of a panel sheet. A tip-cutting element(33) is formed to extend from the cutting blade, wherein the tip-cutting element has a shape corresponding to an outline of a fixing tip. The fixing tip is installed on the panel sheet, thereby being used in fixing the panel sheet during cutting process of the panel sheet. A punch element is installed at the inside of the tip-cutting element. The punch element has a cutting blade of circular shape(34) for forming a fixing hole in the fixing tip and compositions for automatically removing remnants of the panel sheet.
