PURPOSE: A routing system and a method in accordance with mobility of a mobile network are provided to authenticate a mobile network through an adjacent access router when the mobile network moves, and to perform a routing process with the use of a BGP(Border Gateway Protocol) by receiving an IP address, thereby carrying out an optimum path routing. CONSTITUTION: The Internet(6) comprises as follows. A random correspondent node(1) is connected to a random mobile node(7) of a mobile network(9). A home agent(2) connects the mobile network(9) with the Internet(6). An authentication server(3) authenticates the Internet connection of the mobile network(9). Access routers(4,5) create dynamic peering functions with a mobile router(8) of the mobile network(9), and route between the mobile node(7) and the correspondent node(1) by using information on the mobile network(9). The mobile network(9) comprises as follows. The mobile router(8) creates the dynamic peering functions in connection with the access routers(4,5), and transmits the information on the mobile network(9) to the access routers(4,5). The mobile node(7) is connected to the correspondent node(1).
