PURPOSE: A digitizing remote controller having specialized functions by combining a remote control with a digitizer in a touch screen method is provided to prevent a pen from missing, and conveniently change the channel by directly making out or directly inputting figures. CONSTITUTION: A power source part(5) provides power source for a microcomputer(60). A pad recognizing part(10) provides figure information signals inputted by an input element. A pad button part(20) provides input signals of function buttons inputted by the input element. A pad pen fixing part(30) fixes the input element to prevent the input element from missing. A pad scroll part(40) provides up and down, and right and left scroll amounts touched by the input element. A pad figure input part provides frequency signals corresponding to digit numbers, and right and left moving buttons touched by the input element. The microcomputer(60) recognizes and executes the figure information signals, recognizes and executes the input signals of function buttons, and recognizes and executes up and down, and right and left scroll control signals, and recognizes and executes the digit numbers, and right and left moving buttons.
