PURPOSE: A bridge-railing having a prevention structure of a water leakage and efflorescence is provided not to give unpleasantness to users for a promenade caused by efflorescence and leakage of rainwater of a safety barrier and to restrain the deterioration of a bridge by preventing a water leakage. CONSTITUTION: In a bridge provided with the bottom(S1) of a footway formed on both sides of a slab(S) to form a footway(100), a safety barrier(S2) installed on the end of a slab(S) and a curbstone(120) installed on a boundary between a footway(100) and a roadway(200), the construction method for a bridge-railing having a prevention structure of a water leakage and efflorescence comprises the steps of forming the bottom(S1) of a footway which forms a footway(100) of a bridge slab(S) to be inclined toward a roadway(200), waterproofing a boundary when installing a safety barrier(S2) installed to the end of the bottom(S1) of a footway using a waterproof member, and forming many drainage holes(121) on a curbstone(120) installed on a boundary between a footway(100) and a roadway(200) to make rainwater flow toward a curbstone(120) along the bottom(S1) of a footway and toward a roadway(200) through the drainage holes(121) of the curbstone(120).
