CONTROL METHOD FOR THE DIMENSIONS OF A STEEL SUPPORT AND SPACE CONTROL CONNECTOR CAPABLE OF EXECUTING A TUNNELING WORK SAFELY AND ECONOMICALLY BY INSTALLING IN A CONSTRUCTION SITE BY CONTROLLING THE DIMENSIONS OF A STEEL SUPPORT EASILY

摘要

PURPOSE: A control method for the dimensions of a steel support and a space control connector are provided to heighten the reinforcement effect for a tunnel by adhering a steel support closely to an excavation plane by connecting a space control connector to a general steel support segment simply and to excavate a tunnel safely and economically by installing a construction site by controlling the dimensions of a steel support easily in the appointed range. CONSTITUTION: The control method of the dimensions of a steel support is completed by installing space control connectors between coupling plates(6) of a steel support segment(5) to minimize a space between an excavation plane and a steel support member by overbreak in a tunnel excavation. The space control connector is composed of a central steel plate(1) unifying a space bar(2) and a fixing bolt(3) fixing the space bar(2) to a segment coupling plate(6).
