SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING DATA TO A CALLED-SIDE MOBILE PHONE, ESPECIALLY CONCERNED WITH DIRECTLY TRANSMITTING DESIRED DATA TO A CALLED-SIDE MOBILE PHONE FROM A CALLING-SIDE MOBILE PHONE

PURPOSE: A system and a method for transmitting data to a called-side mobile phone are provided so that a calling-side mobile phone can select desired data, such as a bell sound, a character, etc., and can directly transmit the selected data to a called-side mobile phone. CONSTITUTION: A system for transmitting data to a called-side mobile phone comprises a calling-side mobile phone(100), a called-side mobile phone(200), and a mobile service provider(300). The calling-side mobile phone(100) transmits desired data, such as a bell sound, a character, etc., to the called-side mobile phone(200). The called-side mobile phone(200) receives the bell sound/character data transmitted from the calling-side mobile phone(100) and outputs the received data to the receiver. The mobile service provider(300) receives a phone number signal and the bell sound/character data from the calling-side mobile phone, deciphers them, and transmits them to the called-side mobile phone(200). The mobile service provider(300) comprises a BTS(310), an MSC(320), and a data forwarding control part(330). The data forwarding control part(330) analyzes the information of the calling-side mobile phone(100) received from the MSC(320) and judges whether there is a bell sound or a character to be transmitted to the called-side mobile phone(200). In case that there is a bell sound or a character to be transmitted to the called-side mobile phone(200), the data forwarding control part(330) controls and manages the transmission of the related data.
