PURPOSE: A device for creating environment comfortable for a new born baby is provided to help the new born baby to get adapted to an external environment by providing the baby with the rhythm and the feeling that the baby felt in pregnancy. CONSTITUTION: The device for creating environment comfortable for a new born baby includes a power supply section(11), a first light emitting diode(13); a mike module(15) of input section(2) wherein an external input jack(16) is annexed; a semiconductor memory of a storing unit; a second light emitting diode(17); an amplifier(18), a volume(19) and a speaker(20) of a sound output section(5); a transformer(24), an operational amplifier(25) and an oscillating motor(26) of a vibrating unit; and lamp(28). The semiconductor memory of the storing unit stores the data inputted through the mike module(15) by the control of a control section(6). The sound output section(5) receives and outputs the data stored in the storing unit by the control of the control section(6). The vibrating unit generates vibrating sound or vibrating rhythm by the control of the control section(6).
