METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PERSONAL ORNAMENT INCLUDING ELECTRONIC CHIP WITH MONETARY INFORMATION AND IDENTIFICATION FOR PAYMENT OR EXIT AND ENTRY CONTROL SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a personal ornament including an electronic chip is provided to prevent loss by attaching the personal ornament to the cellular phone or the key, to restrict breakage of the electronic chip by changing the strength of the ornament in manufacturing. CONSTITUTION: A plasticizer of 80 % and a stabilizer of 5 % are diluted and mixed to polyvinyl chloride of 100 % at normal temperature, and the liquid mixture is injected to the logo grooves with characters and figures of the front mold. Material as the same color as the bottom of the personal ornament is injected to the rear mold, and the mold is put into the oven or the conveyor. The mold is heated at the temperature of 320 to 370 deg.C for 90 seconds to 3 minutes, and the hardened material is cooled for 5 to 10 minutes by the coolant. The rear part of the ornament from the front mold and the flat sheet from the rear mold are coated by adhesive, and an electronic chip is placed in the back of the ornament. The ornament is dried naturally by contacting the flat sheet to the electronic chip.
