METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ADJUSTING POSE OF LARGE STRUCTURE SUCH AS SLAB OF BRIDGE BY USING HYDRAULIC JACKS INSTALLED TO PLURAL SUPPORTING POINTS

PURPOSE: A pose adjusting method of a structure by using hydraulic jacks and a device thereof are provided to reduce the failure rate of the system, and to control the position of the structure precisely by processing data quickly with simple structure. CONSTITUTION: In a method for adjusting a structure from the first pose into the second pose by using plural hydraulic jacks, the total oil amount to be injected or discharged from the hydraulic jacks is calculated in adjusting the structure from the first pose into the second pose(1), and the time for adjusting the structure from the first pose into the second pose is decided(2). The flow amount of oil to be injected into or discharged from the hydraulic jack per hour is calculated with the calculated total amount and the decided time(3). Oil is injected or discharged from the hydraulic jack with the flow amount per hour for the decided time(7). The desired flow amount is calculated(4), and the flow of oil is measured(8). The oil flow is regulated by comparing the measured flow amount with the desired flow amount.
