PURPOSE: Provided are a mixed micelles composition including a steroidal drug, a preparation method thereof and an external preparation containing the same. The external preparation remains the steroidal drug inside the skin to remove the adverse side effect of the steroidal drug. CONSTITUTION: The mixed micelles composition having a size of 50-200nm is characterized by containing 0.01-2.5 parts by weight of a steroidal drug, 0.10-20.0 parts by weight of phospholipid, 0.01-5.0 parts by weight of cholesterol, 0.01-10.0 parts by weight of surfactant, 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of gelling agent, 0.01-0.2 parts by weight of preservative and an appropriate amount of purified water.
