COMPOSITION COMPRISING EXTRACT OF MIXED HERBS FOR PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF MENORRHALGIA AND DYSMENORRHEA AS WELL AS CONSTIPATION, DERMATITIS, BACK PAIN AND SENSIBILITY OF COLD

PURPOSE: Provided is a composition comprising the extract of mixed herbs for prevention and treatment of menorrhalgia and dysmenorrhea as well as constipation, dermatitis, back pain and sensibility of cold. The mixed herbs include Cyperus rotundu, Angelica gigas Nakai, Curcuma zedoaria Roscoe, Moutan Cortex Radicis, Artemisiae Argyi Folium, Linderae Radix, Ligustici Rhizoma, Corydlais Tuber, Scirpi Rhizoma, Cartami Flos and Mume Fructus. CONSTITUTION: The composition for prevention and treatment of menorrhalgia and dysmenorrhea as well as constipation, dermatitis, back pain and sensibility of cold is characterized by containing the extract of mixed herbs which is obtained by the steps of: drying the herbs and finely cutting and mixing them; extracting the mixture at 20-120 deg.C for 1 hour to 15 days using water, C1-C4 lower alcohol or the mixture thereof; and filtering the extract, followed by concentration under reduced pressure and drying to give the crude extract.
