PURPOSE: A headlamp for a vehicle is provided to improve the assembling performance in manufacturing the vehicle by making a lower mounting rib combined to a lower retainer clip while the lower mounting rib is adjusted up and down. CONSTITUTION: In a headlamp for a vehicle, an insertion protrusion is outward protruded to a headlamp housing(110) having a lens combined to the front, and an upper mounting rib, combined to an upper retainer clip(300) installed to the upper part of a front end panel(200), is outward protruded to the upper part of a side of the headlamp housing where the insertion protrusion is formed. A seating groove(113) is formed to the lower part of a side of the headlamp housing. One end of a lower mounting rib(112b) combined to a lower retainer clip(300) installed to the lower part of the front end panel is seated on the seating groove slidably by a bracket(500). The bracket is fastened to the headlamp housing by bolts(400).
