PURPOSE: A laminated type heat exchanger is provided to obtain the effective heat exchange performance by preventing generation of an overheated area. CONSTITUTION: Right and left tank parts(3,4) are formed at upper and lower parts formed by bonding a pair of plates. A plurality of flat tubes are laminated, having right and left fluid flow paths formed to be communicated between the right and left tank parts. A communicating path(30) communicating the rear right and left tank parts of lower parts of the flat tubes is partially closed, wherein the closed section is between a rear half area at the lower tank parts and a center area of a heat exchanger.
