Purpose: the thermoelectric module unit of a power conservation type vacuum insulation is arranged to increase heat efficiency and maximizes electric energy amount efficiency by including being configured to minimize thermal communication between the heat of a heating part for absorbing part and a thermoelectric module. Construction: a heating part is connected to the top heat of fever slot (5), is connected to fever due to the upper surface of a thermoelectric module (1) for electric energy. The part (3) for being connected to the heat absorption of a lower cooling heat sink, which is connected to, absorbs heat due to the lower surface of the thermoelectric module of electric energy. The heating part and heat for absorbing part are interconnected by lateral heat-insulation partition member of a synthetic resin material based on nylon. In lateral heat-insulation partition member, the answering interval part (4) being isolated with thermoelectric module is formed and is sealed by a seal member (22,24,26). One side that the part (30) of one silicon material discharge is formed in lateral heat-insulation partition member forms a vacuum in space part.
