WALL-RECESSED TYPE OUTDOOR UNIT FOR AIR CONDITIONER, MAINLY CONCERNED WITH PREVENTING DISCHARGED AIR FROM BEING SUCKED BACK TO OUTDOOR UNIT OF LARGE CAPACITY

PURPOSE: A wall-recessed type outdoor unit for an air conditioner is provided to prevent discharged air from being sucked back to an outdoor unit of large capacity and efficiently perform heat exchange operation and discharge operation by removing interference between suction operation and discharge operation. CONSTITUTION: A louver frame is fixedly installed in an open space inner wall of an outer wall of a building, is defined into a suction area(107a) and a discharge area(107b), and has a plurality of louver blades(108) in each area for sucking and discharging air through gaps between the louver blades. An intermediate separator(110) is included in the louver frame to cross the louver frame so that the intermediate separator defines the suction area and the discharge area, wherein height of the intermediate separation stand is higher than one of the louver blades. An outdoor case is fixedly installed to contact with the louver frame, wherein one open surface faces the suction area and the discharge area, and other surfaces are closed.
