PURPOSE: A wall-recessed type compressor/condenser unit for an air conditioner is provided to guide sucked and discharged air while minimizing interference between the sucked and discharged air and to minimize mutual influence between the sucked and discharged air. CONSTITUTION: A louver frame is fixedly installed at an inner wall of a space formed at an outer wall(2) of a building and includes a plurality of louver blades(8) for sucking in or discharging air through gaps between the louver blades. A compressor/condenser unit casing(10) is installed separately from an indoor unit including an evaporator, being connected with the indoor unit through refrigerant pipes. One surface of the compressor/condenser unit casing facing the louver frame is opened while the rest of surfaces are closed. An air guide member prevents leakage of air between the louver frame and the compressor/condenser unit casing.
