ON-CHIP INDUCTOR CAPABLE OF PROVIDING INDUCTOR ON INTEGRATED CIRCUIT CHIP BY USING MAGNETIC MATERIAL FOR CORE OF INDUCTOR

PURPOSE: An on-chip inductor is provided to reduce the size of the inductor, to increase the Q-value by using a magnetic material for a core of the inductor and to prevent generation of interference between materials consisting other chips by closing a magnetic field of the inductor within magnetic core. CONSTITUTION: An on-chip inductor(10) comprises two or more external layers(14); one or more internal layers(12) formed between the two external layers; inductor metal winding turns included in the internal layers; and a photoresist paste including magnetic particles. The photoresist paste at least partially forms the two or more external layers and the one or more internal layers.
