ACTIVE-TYPE VIDEO MONITORING SYSTEM AND A METHOD OF MONITORING VIDEO BY USING THE SYSTEM, PARTICULARLY CONCERNED WITH AUTOMATICALLY IDENTIFYING A MOVING TARGET AND CATCHING A VIDEO SIGNAL OF THE MOVING TARGET

Purpose: an active type video monitoring system and being provided to the vision signal for automatically identifying a moving target and catching moving target using a kind of method for monitoring video of system, to improve resolution ratio and resolving ability. Construction: the first view finder (3) continuously catches the vision signal of a wide-angle in a monitoring area. Then one processing unit (1) determines the difference between the signal compared continuously the vision signal for the wide-angle that by the first view finder there is a vision signal to catch in the vision signal of wide-angle as a moving target. Second view finder (4) catches a vision signal amplified of moving target. One record unit (2), is connected electrically to the first view finder, processing unit and the second view finder, continuously records the vision signal of wide-angle and the vision signal of amplification.
