METHOD FOR MONITORING MPEG4 VIDEO AND AUDIO OF WIRELESS WEB CAMERA USING MPEG4 MOBILE PHONE, CONCERNED WITH ENABLING A USER TO DO A MONITORING OPERATION IN REAL TIME REGARDLESS OF TIME OR PLACE BY CONNECTING TO AND AUTHENTICATING A MOVING PICTURE AND BIDIRECTIONAL AUDIO INFORMATION THROUGH AN MPEG4 MOBILE PHONE OR A PDA

摘要

PURPOSE: A method for monitoring MPEG4 video and audio of a wireless WEB camera using an MPEG4 mobile phone is provided to allow a user to do a monitoring operation with a mobile phone and provide specific audio information to a camera through a mobile server. CONSTITUTION: One of position-moving wireless MPEG4 Web cameras(10a-10c) is installed at a position-moving stand(11). After a user of mobile phones(15a,15b) is connected and authenticated regardless of a place or time through a mobile server(14) in a wired/wireless Internet environment(13), the mobile phones(15a,15b) select a camera and perform monitoring. The mobile server(14) is connected with a wireless IP sharer/modem(12) using a flexible IP and the position-moving wireless MPEG4 Web cameras(10a-10c), so that the cameras(10a-10c) report the flexible IP to the mobile server(14) to inform of a fixed IP address. Accordingly, the mobile phones(15a,15b) and the cameras(10a-10c) are connected, position movement is controlled through monitoring. The mobile server(14) implements a paging function by transmitting a specific audio information to the cameras(10a-10c).
