PURPOSE: A device of transferring a cassette of a flat panel display manufacturing line is provided to realize stable ascent and descent of large work subjects, thereby reducing a transferring error and improving the productivity of a product. CONSTITUTION: A lower plate(40) has a plurality of guide blocks(41) to be combined with traveling rails(71). A lift driving unit(10) is installed on the lower plate, and changes a combination shape by a lift driving motor for letting a cassette ascend and descend. An upper plate(50) is installed on the lift driving unit. A rotary plate(60) is installed at an upper part of a rotary shaft(51) installed in the center of the upper plate. A turning driving unit(20) is installed at the upper plate for rotating the rotary shaft. A traveling driving unit(30) is installed at the lower plate for moving the cassette in a horizontal direction.
