STRUCTURE OF RETRACTOR OF THREE-POINT SEAT BELT IN REAR SEAT FOR EASILY INPUTTING OR OUTPUTTING SEAT BELT AFTER FOLDING SEAT OR WHILE FOLDING

PURPOSE: A structure of a retractor of a seat belt is provided to input or output the seat belt freely after folding the seat by assembling the protruded part with the locking restricting unit and preventing locking. CONSTITUTION: A retractor of a seat belt for preventing the input or the output of the webbing in traveling on the downhill or the uphill is composed of a fixing sensor(10) having a weight part(12) and an actuator(13) in a sensor case(11), a wheel plate(30) concentrically installed outside a flywheel gear(20) and composed of a locking restricting unit(31), and a protruded part(40) installed to a hook(14) of the actuator and contacted to the locking unit of the wheel plate to release locking of the hook and the flywheel gear. The length of the locking unit is less than 1/4 of the entire arc of the wheel plate to easily input and output the seat belt.
