PURPOSE: A device for insulating rainwater and sunlight in a vehicle is provided to open or close the umbrella without getting wet in getting in and off in the rain, and to shield sunlight in a clear day with the insulating device. CONSTITUTION: A rainwater and sunlight insulating device(10) comprises a couple of motors(11) rotated and spaced from each other, a couple of multistage extension rods(12) linearly extended and contracted by turning the motor, links(13) installed to the extension rods and composed of projections with connecting pins, a cover(14) horizontally installed to the end of the extension rod, a shutoff plate(15) fixed to the cover, turned and connected to the connecting pin of the link fitted to the extension rod, a wireless control unit(16) having a wireless receiving circuit and a control circuit for driving the motor by receiving the remote control signal, a folding containing part(18) containing the shutoff plate folded and installed to both upper sides of the vehicle, an extension space(19) containing the motor and the extension rod at both sides of the folding containing part, and an outer case(17) having an opening part formed in front of the folding containing part and insulated by the cover.
