PURPOSE: A sensor drive control system of an air pre-heater in a power plant is provided to upgrade easily, and to prevent leakage of air by measuring the gap in bending the rotor seal cap with the sensor and controlling the position of the air leak preventing plate. CONSTITUTION: A sensor drive system(10) of an air pre-heater in a power plant is composed of a drive unit(11), a sensor(12) and a control panel(13). The drive unit regulates the rotor seal cap optimally by controlling the position of the air leak preventing plate according to the control of the control panel, and the sensor measures and transmits the gap of the rotor seal cap to the control panel. The control panel checks the measured value from the sensor, and controls the drive unit to optimize the rotor seal cap. The sensor measures bending of the rotor seal cap, and the sensor drive system minimizes the gap in bending the rotor seal cap by moving the air leak preventing plate down.
