VCMS FOR AUTOMATICALLY MAKING/OFFERING VOICE HOMEPAGE SERVICE ON INTERNET

PURPOSE: A VCMS(Voice Contents Management System) for automatically making/offering a voice homepage service on the Internet is provided to offer the voice homepage service, instead of a call center service of an ARS(Auto Response System) method, linked with diverse wired/wireless telephone networks and the Internet at a low expense through an easy process. CONSTITUTION: A voice processing server(10) and a signal processing server(20) process a voice and a signal on a telephony interface. A VXML(Voice eXtensible Markup Language) server(30) offers an interpreter function for performing a VXML file implementing a voice Internet service scenario. A voice recognition server(40) converts a voice command of a user into text. A voice synthesizing server(50) converts the text into the voice. An application software server(60) stores/links the VXML file and a dynamic CGI(Common Gateway Interface) file related to a voice Internet service. A database server(70) stores/offers information needed for generating the dynamic VXML file. A web server(80) offers a user web link module to enable a provider or the user to make the service with the VXML.
