PURPOSE: A heat exchanger with fins and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the productivity by continuously pressing the fins without waste, and to process, maintain and repair the press die easily by forming the arc fins. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger with a fin(1) is used in an indoor unit of an air conditioner to form a wind passage with a case having an intake port and an exhaust port and a cross flow fan contained in the case. The heat exchanger is composed of a front heat exchanger and a rear heat exchanger, and arranged in the wind passage from the cross flow fan to the exhaust port. The front heat exchanger and the rear exchanger are composed of plural fins(2A,3A) arranged in a line to flow fluid and plural heating pipes inserted perpendicularly to the fins to flow fluid. The front heat exchanger is composed of two linear parts and a curved part connecting two linear parts, and the fin is formed of L-shape. The upper width between an upper wind front edge(2B) and a lower wind rear edge(2C) is different from the lower width between the upper wind front edge and the lower wind rear edge.
