摘要

PURPOSE: A dough material formation apparatus capable of forming a dough material to a predetermined thickness during passing through a forming machine and massively producing various dough materials within a short time is provided. The apparatus enables series of process for producing the dough material to be automatically achieved by one system. CONSTITUTION: The dough material formation apparatus is composed of: a forming means(200) installed at the upper part of a frame(100) to insert a dough material(3) into a plate-shaped forming frame(110) and extrude into a specifies shape; a conveying means(300) positioned at the lower part of the forming means to convey the extruded dough material placed on the upper surface of a conveying sheet; a dough material stripping means(400) positioned on one side of the conveying means to strip the dough material placed on the conveying sheet; and a carrying out means(500) positioned at the lower of the conveying means for receiving the dough and placing on a dry plate(530) placed on a conveyor chain which is rotated by a rotary roller.
