BACK BEAM FORMED IN BUMPER FOR VEHICLE FOR INCREASING RIGIDITY OF BUMPER BY MODIFYING SECTION STRUCTURE OF BACK BEAM

PURPOSE: A back beam for a bumper of a vehicle is provided to improve the safety of the vehicle, and to enhance the quality of the vehicle by additionally forming the reinforcing rib in the upper part and the lower part of the back beam with simple structure and by applying high rigidity to the back beam. CONSTITUTION: A back beam(100) of a bumper for a vehicle is composed of a body(110) formed of a tubular type and composed of rectangular sections, and plural ribs(120) horizontally protruded in the upper part and the lower part of the body and arranged in parallel. A reinforcing end(130) is additionally formed in the body to connect the inner side walls of the body, and the body and the ribs are integrally formed and manufactured by high rigidity aluminum alloy. Impact is absorbed efficiently by deforming the ribs with the body in applying shock at a head-on collision of the vehicle.
