摘要

PURPOSE: An automatic perpendicularity induction device of underground boring equipment and a construction method are provided to improve quality of underground work. CONSTITUTION: An automatic perpendicularity induction device of underground boring equipment comprises an underground boring track-automatic tracing device and a boring direction regulator(30). The underground boring track-automatic tracing device compares and analyzes a track of a casing(4) detected by an advancing direction sensor(41) installed to the casing of the underground boring equipment and a boring depth measurement sensor(42) installed to a leader(3), automatically maintains perpendicularity of the equipment in the process of preparing work, issues a command capable of correcting the boring advancing direction together with warning if the advancing direction of the casing deviates from a perpendicular state in the process of boring work, forecasts the advancing direction for boring, decides poor work through a secondary warning, and stops work. The boring direction regulator improves the perpendicularity of the boring direction by moving the leader in a proper direction according to the correction command and correcting the advancing direction of the casing.
