SPEAKER-AUTHENTICATION TELEBANKING ARS SYSTEM USING THREE-PARTY CALL METHOD AND A METHOD THEREOF, PARTICULARLY FOR MINIMIZING A FAILURE OCCURRENCE BURDEN ACCORDING TO A CHANGE OF AN EXISTING SYSTEM BY ENABLING A PBX, AN ARS AND A SPEAKER-AUTHENTICATION SYSTEM TO INITIATE A MUTUAL SPEECH PATH AND PROCESS DATA FOR AUTHENTICATING A SPEAKER

Purpose: only when the voice of user is verified, it is arranged to prevent a kind of possibility of damage due to banking trouble due to the secret use by one user of authorization using a password of service thus using one or three party's call methods and a kind of a kind of loudspeaker of method-verifying telebanking ARS (automatic response service) system. Construction: a user connect with a kind of system as requested, select a menu, example account as mentioned or an account transfer, input an account number, an account password or account transfer-relevant information for each menu, are examined whether user has subscribed speaker authentication service (B10-B14). When an ARS is from CTI (computer telephone is an integrated) server request three parties call request, CTI server problems call (B15-B18) to one of order of a PBX (private branch company eXchange) to start a speech channel between PBX itself and a speaker authentication system and connect three parties. One speaker authentication system receives a client information key value from CTI servers, obtains client's voiceprint together corresponding with client information key value, executes a speaker authentication stage (B19-B22). Speaker authentication system shifts call terminations request and a speaker authentication result to CTI servers, the CTI servers of calling between PBX and speaker authentication system request to terminate, speaker authentication result is transmitted to ARS, service is terminated, allows user that a new menu or completion bank service (B23-B27) is selected to use.
