PAVEMENT INTERLOCKING BLOCK AND PEDESTRIAN BLOCK PRODUCED BY COMBINING A BLOCK MADE OF WASTE TIRE, WASTE RUBBER, AND WASTE SYNTHETIC RESIN CHIPS AND A RUBBER BLOCK MADE OF WASTE TIRE OR WASTE RUBBER CHIPS FOR SAVING THE MANUFACTURING COST BY RE-USING WASTE MATERIALS

摘要

PURPOSE: A pavement interlocking block and a pedestrian block produced by combining a block made of waste tire, waste rubber, and waste synthetic resin chips and a rubber block made of waste tire or waste rubber chips are provided to improve economical efficiency by substituting for an expensive rubber block and to protect health of pedestrians by processing the upside of the block with rubber. CONSTITUTION: Plural protruded units are formed on a slippery upper surface of a rubber block produced by re-using waste tire rubber chips or waste rubber chips to prevent a slip. A combining unit is disposed at one spot of the lower center part of the block. The combining unit has a small space for absorbing different thermal expansion of lower and upper blocks according to the temperature. A fixed block lower than the upper rubber block at the height of a pavement interlocking block or a pedestrian block is formed by mixing and molding one with the smallest diameter of waste tire rubber chip, waste rubber chip, and waste synthetic resin chips with sand, other mixing materials, water, and cement.
