PURPOSE: A structure for guiding deceleration within the school zone is provided to prevent the traffic accident from speeding, and to drive safely by guiding slow traveling around the school zone as the children protection area. CONSTITUTION: A school zone(S) is composed of an overspeeding restricting sill(20) mounted to be higher than a road(10), a school zone display mark indicating the children protection area, and a crosswalk(40) installed visibly. A deceleration guide structure is composed of fixing holes arranged in the road within the school zone, an adhesive injected to the fixing holes and a hemispheric deceleration guide projection(60) protruded from the road and composed of a fixing rod inserted to the fixing hole of the road. The surface of the deceleration guide projection is coated by the fluorescent material.
