ENGINE MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF A VEHICLE FOR REDUCING VIBRATION OF AN ENGINE BY CONVERTING VIBRATION ENERGY OF FLUID INTO FRICTION ENERGY IN A HIGH-FREQUENCY BAND OVER 3,000 RPM
PURPOSE: An engine mounting structure of a vehicle is provided to decrease high frequency, to set easily a design by an embedded stopper, and to improve production efficiency by a symmetrical structure. CONSTITUTION: An engine mounting structure of a vehicle is composed of a main plate(10) formed by combining upper and lower plates(16,14); vibration-proof rubber(18) joined with the upper plate; a cap installed in the upper center of the vibration-proof rubber; a decoupler(22) for flowing the fluid vertically or circumferentially by dividing the inner space of the main plate into upper and lower chambers; and a plunger(24) disposed at the lower end of a center bolt penetrating the center of the upper plate to interlock with the vibration-proof rubber. The main plate comprises an outer plate(11) for holding the vibration-proof rubber and an inner plate(12) extending inward the outer plate and having a plurality of fluid holes for flowing the fluid vertically.
