PURPOSE: A packing clipper with an air suction device is provided to suck and remove air in a bag before executing tying work of the bag. CONSTITUTION: A packing clipper with an air suction device(600) feeds a clip of a clip feeder by a tying device(400) installed on a table and ties a bag inlet part. The air suction device, sucking and removing air in a bag by moving a nozzle(640) up and down, is installed to one side of the tying device. The air suction device comprises an ascending and descending cylinder installed to one side of an ascending and descending frame(360) of the tying device; guide shafts(620) installed to the sides of the ascending and descending cylinder to be vertically fed according to the operation of the ascending and descending cylinder; a support(630) ascending and descending according to the ascending and descending of the ascending and descending cylinder and the guide shafts; the nozzle downward installed to one end of the support; a vacuum pump(650) sucking and removing the air in the bag through the nozzle; and a limit switch(660) sensing the bag needing air suction work and operating the ascending and descending cylinder and the vacuum pump. The nozzle ascends and descends according to the ascending and descending of the support.
